Brian Carr, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Brian C. Carr is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of OralDNA Labs. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Esoteric Laboratories (AEL) after founding the company in 2003 and concluding in early 2007 through its successful merger with Sonic Healthcare (an Australian Stock Exchange Company). Prior to founding AEL, Mr. Carr served as President and a Board member for publicly traded AmeriPath Corporation, a pathology and facility based laboratory company (now part of Quest Diagnostics). He joined AmeriPath as part of its successful combination with InformDX, a company founded and led by Mr. Carr as CEO from 1997. Additionally, from May 2004 to present Mr. Carr has served on the Board of Directors of SBA Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SBAC), a leading wireless communications company. Mr. Carr has 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare services industry.

Dr. Tom Nabors, Founder, Chairman and Chief Dental Officer.
Dr. Nabors was a practicing dentist for over 38 years, during which he developed a national reputation in the area of periodontal disease testing and treatment. He previously founded and served as CEO of ADDX, which served as an independent distributor of perio testing products for a German manufacturer. He co-founded OralDNA in 2008 and joined with Brian Carr to recruit the management team now in place. Dr. Nabors has treated approximately 5,000 patients using periodontal medicine protocols. He has been a regular national lecturer on periodontal testing and periodontal disease and has authored numerous articles on the subject.

Ken Clarke, Founder, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
During 2006 and 2007, Ken led a series of healthcare business initiatives for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He served as Vice President Operations for LabOne Ohio from 2004 to 2006 where he was responsible for managing a centralized laboratory and 6 hospital labs. His previous experience includes nearly 5 years as Administrative Director of Pathology Laboratories at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and management experience with Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. |

Sam Daniel, Founder, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Sam has over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting. Most recently, Sam served as CFO for American Esoteric Laboratories, Inc., where he worked closely with Mr. Carr in all aspects of accounting, finance and M&A activities. Previously, he was the controller for Accredo Health, Inc., a national specialty pharmacy distribution company. He joined Accredo shortly after its IPO in 1998 until he joined AEL in 2004. |

Robert Walker, Founder and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Robert served as Vice President Administration at AEL from 2005 to 2007 and continued to serve as Vice President with Sonic Healthcare following its acquisition of AEL until his departure in August of 2007. At AEL he was responsible for the corporate oversight of customer service, sales and marketing (20 sales representatives, 5 regional managers and a director of marketing), and negotiation of national account relationships. He had significant M&A responsibilities at both AEL and Sonic, most recently overseeing Sonic's acquisition of Sunrise Medical Laboratories in July of 2007. From 2002 to 2005 he served as Corporate Vice President, Sales at Esoterix Inc., an esoteric laboratory company, where he managed over 50 sales and marketing personnel. Prior to that time he had approximately 10 years of sales management experience with Apria Healthcare and STERIS Corporation. Mr. Walker is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Ronald C. McGlennen, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. McGlennen is President, Founder and Medical Director of Access Genetics, LLC. He is also Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He has published more than 70 scientific articles and book chapters and is the editor of five journals. He holds 9 issued and pending patents. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and also by the American Board of Medical Genetics, with a specialty in Clinical Molecular Genetics. He is internationally recognized as an expert in Molecular Biology and Genetics. His focus in research has been on reducing the complexity of gene based testing, including DNA chip technology and simple analytic instrumentation to better serve the community laboratory. He serves on a series of governmental and regulatory committees focused on the growth of the field of molecular diagnostics.

J. Mark Farrington, Chief Information Officer
Mark has over 20 years of experience in the clinical laboratory industry. He was Senior Vice President and CIO of American Esoteric Laboratories from its founding until its sale. He also served as Chief Privacy Officer for its HIPAA compliance initiatives. Prior to joining AEL, Mr. Farrington was Senior Vice President and CIO of CHD Meridian Healthcare, the largest operator of onsite healthcare services in the US. Prior to CHD Meridian, Mr. Farrington was Senior Vice President, Information Systems for Laboratory Corporation of America and Vice President, Information Systems for Allied Clinical Laboratories, one of the three clinical laboratories that came together to form Labcorp in 1995. Since the sale of AEL he has served as the Chief Information Officer and principal for W Squared, a rapidly growing company providing outsourced support services for small to mid-sized businesses. Through W Squared, Mark serves as our outsourced CIO.

Russell Nabors, Founder and Vice President of Operations
Russ was primarily responsible for overseeing all operational functions at ADDX, including all facets of its non-medical support functions including distribution and logistics, client services and supplies, and general office management. His background in biology and dental school allows him to effectively interface with dentists and their staffs on technical issues regarding perio testing. Prior to co-founding and joining ADDX, he worked as a data mining analyst from 2003 to 2005 with AIM Healthcare, located in Brentwood Tennessee. |
