Dr. Levine is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, International Team Implantology, the American Academy of Physiologic Medicine and Dentistry, and the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health. In 2020, Dr. Levine achieved fellowship status with the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health and is a BaleDoneen Method certified provider in the prevention of strokes, heart attacks, and diabetes. \r\n\r\nDr. Levine is originally from Chesterfield, Missouri and currently resides in Bloomington, Minnesota with his wife Libby, and two children Sadie (5) and Jack (1). When he is not treating patients, he enjoys spending his time with family, listening to audiobooks about health and wellness, and watching sports.
