Rachel has a passion for dental hygiene, education and helping underserved populations.  She is an Unlimited Full-time Faculty within the Dental Hygiene Department at Normandale Community College, where she is also the Department Chair.  Her areas of expertise include dental materials, periodontics, evidence-based research, restorative functions and collaborative dental hygiene practice.
