Fitts is motivated by caring for variety of patients and has a philosophy of \u201cTake 5 minutes and just get to know your patients and make them feel valued. As clinicians, we have zero clue as to what someone else is going through.\u201d Fitts enjoys spending time in the Lakes region of New Hampshire, including skiing in the wintertime.
